The following is a list of every club which has competed in the FA WSL - the highest level of women's football in England - since its inception in 2011. The eight teams who competed in the inaugural season are listed in italics, whilst current members are listed in bold. As of the 2017-18 season, four teams - Arsenal, Birmingham City, Chelsea and Liverpool - have competed in every season.
