Luigi Riva is the top goalscorer of all time for the Italy national football team, with 35 goals in 42 appearances.[1] He is also the highest goalscorer in combined goals scored at the FIFA World Cup and FIFA World Cup qualifier matches with 17[2] and the only player for Italy to score three goals or more on three occasions.
