{{DISPLAYTITLE:List of returning characters in Kamen Rider Zi-O}}{{Use mdy dates|date=March 2019}}{{short description|Wikimedia list article}}

As a special anniversary series, Kamen Rider Zi-O features cameos from actors of other Kamen Rider Series from the Heisei Era, reprising their roles from back then.

Kamen Rider Build

Sento Kiryū

{{nihongo4|Sento Kiryū|桐生 戦兎|Kiryū Sento}}, born {{nihongo4|Takumi Katsuragi|葛城 巧|Katsuragi Takumi}}, is a scientist and the main character/titular Rider of {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Build|仮面ライダービルド|Kamen Raidā Birudo}}. Originally from an alternate reality where Japan was divided into three regions by the actions of an alien being known as Evolto, Sento caused his reality to be absorbed into the "prime" Kamen Rider universe after using the Pandora Box to erase Evolto's existence from Earth's history. Due to Another Build's creation, Sento lost his memories as Build before Sougo arrived to Nascita to seek his help. Sougo's presence causes the Build Ridewatch to appear in Sento's pocket as he and Ryūga regain their memories. The two would help Sougo by giving him their Ridewatches before Sougo and Geiz time travel back to their world in 2017 to defeat Another Build's past iteration while establishing a bootstrap paradox.
  • Year 2017: Sento encounters a time-displaced Sougo on November 30, 2017, while he and Ryūga were still in their reality. Sento deduces Sougo is from the future. Both of them would encounter Sougo again, this time with Geiz, as the four of them fought together against Another Build. During the fight, Sento gradually loses his powers and memories as a Kamen Rider to the point of referring to himself as his original identity, Takumi. To prevent Sento's past from being permanently altered, Sougo gives him and Ryūga the blank Ridewatches that they would later give to Sougo in 2018.
{{nihongo4|Atsuhiro Inukai|犬飼 貴丈|Inukai Atsuhiro}} reprises his role as Sento Kiryū.[1]

Ryūga Banjō

Also returning from Kamen Rider Build, {{nihongo4|Ryūga Banjō|万丈 龍我|Banjō Ryūga}} is a former professional fighter who can transform into {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Cross-Z|仮面ライダークローズ|Kamen Raidā Kurōzu}}. Like Sento, he was originally from an alternate reality where Japan was divided into three regions by Evolto until Sento merged their reality with the "prime" Kamen Rider universe. Due to Another Build's creation, Ryūga lost his memories as Cross-Z before Sougo arrived came to Nascita to seek Sento's help. Sougo's presence causes the Cross-Z Ridewatch to appear in Ryūga's pocket as he and Sento regain their memories. The two would help Sougo by giving him their Ridewatches before Sougo and Geiz time travel back to their world in 2017 to defeat Another Build's past iteration.

  • Year 2017: Ryūga encounters a time-displaced Sougo on November 30, 2017 while he and Sento were still in their reality. Both of them would encounter Sougo again, this time with Geiz, as the four of them fought together against Another Build. During the fight, Ryūga gradually loses his powers and memories as a Kamen Rider. To prevent Ryūga's past from being permanently altered, Sougo gives him and Sento the blank Ridewatches that they would give to Sougo in 2018.
{{nihongo4|Eiji Akaso|赤楚 衛二|Akaso Eiji}} reprises his role as Ryūga Banjō.[1]

Gentoku Himuro

Also returning from Kamen Rider Build, {{nihongo4|Gentoku Himuro|氷室 幻徳|Himuro Gentoku}} is the former leader of Faust and head of the Touto Institute who can transform into {{nihongo4|Night Rogue|ナイトローグ|Naito Rōgu}} and later {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Rogue|仮面ライダーローグ|Kamen Raidā Rōgu}}. During the events of Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever, he joins the other Kamen Riders to fight Tid.

{{nihongo4|Kensei Mikami|水上 剣星|Mikami Kensei}} reprises his role as Gentoku Himuro.

Kazumi Sawatari

Also returning from Kamen Rider Build, {{nihongo4|Kazumi Sawatari|猿渡 一海|Sawatari Kazumi}} is the owner of the Sawatari farm, later a soldier, who can transform into {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Grease|仮面ライダーグリス|Kamen Raidā Gurisu}}. During the events of Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever, he joins the other Kamen Riders to fight Tid.

{{nihongo4|Kouhei Takeda|武田 航平|Takeda Kōhei}} reprises his role as Kazumi Sawatari. Takeda previously portrayed Otoya Kurenai in Kamen Rider Kiva, which was acknowledged in-universe when Shingo questions whether he is Kazumi or Otoya.

Misora Isurugi

Also returning from Kamen Rider Build, {{nihongo4|Misora Isurugi|石動 美空|Isurugi Misora}} is the daughter of Sōichi Isurugi, who was possessed by Evolto, just as Misora was host of the Martian Queen Vernage.

{{nihongo4|Kaho Takada|高田 夏帆|Takada Kaho}} reprises her role as Misora Isurugi.

Kamen Rider Ex-Aid

Emu Hojo

{{nihongo4|Emu Hojo|宝生 永夢|Hōjō Emu}} is a young doctor and a genius gamer with the assistance of Parad, who is the main character and titular Rider of {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Ex-Aid|仮面ライダーエグゼイド|Kamen Raidā Eguzeido}}. He initially attacked Zi-O and Geiz after mistaking them for enemies. Like Build and Cross-Z, he loses his memories of being Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, as Parad was erased from existence altogether due to changes in the timeline. After the creation of Another Ex-Aid, but unlike the former, he was able to retain some of his previous memories. He later gives the Ex-Aid Ridewatch to Sougo, entrusting him with his powers.
  • Year 2016: Encountering Another Ex-Aid, Emu transforms into Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and assists Sougo and Geiz by fending off the Bugsters summoned by his twisted counterpart until his powers faded away before witnessing Zi-O defeating Another Ex-Aid. He is then given a blank Ridewatch to connect him to Sougo in the future.
{{nihongo4|Hiroki Iijima|飯島 寛騎|Iijima Hiroki}} reprises his role as Emu Hojo.[1]

Hiiro Kagami

Also returning from Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, {{nihongo4|Hiiro Kagami|鏡 飛彩|Kagami Hiiro}} is a young prodigy surgeon who can transform into {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Brave|仮面ライダーブレイブ|Kamen Raidā Bureibu}}. He shows suspicion towards Sougo and company when they sought out Emu/Ex-Aid, and later reveals that Iida's son could have been cured easily had he been brought to him earlier. Thanks to Sougo and Geiz's actions in tweaking the past, Hiiro is revealed to have cured Iida's son of his heart condition before it advanced to the point where a transplant was necessary.

{{nihongo4|Toshiki Seto|瀬戸 利樹|Seto Toshiki}} reprises his role as Hiiro Kagami.[1]

Kuroto Dan

Also returning from Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, {{nihongo4|Kuroto Dan|檀 黎斗|Dan Kuroto}} is one of the orchestrators of the Bugster virus outbreak and the second CEO of Genm Corp. with a God complex who can transform into {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Genm|仮面ライダーゲンム|Kamen Raidā Genmu}}.

As the events of Ex-Aid was already removed due to Another Ex-Aid's creation, Kuroto was rewritten as a game developer who was pressured by his father's perfectionist attitude until Heure transforms him into {{nihongo4|Another OOO|アナザーオーズ|Anazā Ōzu}}. Within the span of eight years, Kuroto established the {{nihongo4|Dan Foundation|檀ファウンデーション|Dan Faundēshon}} as a mega-corporation and proceeded to create an independent nation as {{nihongo4|King Kuroto Dan|檀 黎斗 王|Dan Kuroto Ō}}. He kept both Eiji Hino and Hina Izumi imprisoned before Sougo freed them by posing as his royal guard. The present Another OOO was distracted by Geiz in the Genm Armor as Sougo and Tsukuyomi went into the past to defeat his past self with the OOO Armor. In 2019, Kuroto Dan was assaulted off-screen by Hiryū to harvest the OOO Anotherwatch, before using said form to attack the former host of Another Build.

  • 2016: As Another OOO, Kuroto committed patricide to usurp his father's position as the CEO of Genm Corp. before facing Geiz Genm Armor. Unfortunately, since it was not the date of his creation and the Ridewatch used to counter him was the wrong one, Geiz and Tsukuyomi were forced to retreat as Kuroto revives from his destruction.
  • 2010: In the middle of his writer's block, Heure transforms him into Another OOO. Sougo appeared just after the fact and defeated him with the OOO Armor.

As Another OOO, he can fly like a hawk, slash enemies like a tiger, and jump like a grasshopper. Using Cell Medals, he can create or transform someone into a monster that resembles Waste Yummy, similar to the Greeed in Kamen Rider OOO. His Another Rider form's back plate number has a cracked 0 that makes it resemble a 6; a nod to his debut as Kamen Rider Genm in 2016. Additionally, he was in possession of the Genm Ridewatch through unknown means until he dropped it when the Taka Watchroid attacked; as Geiz claimed it for his own use.

{{nihongo4|Tetsuya Iwanaga|岩永 徹也|Iwanaga Tetsuya}} reprises his role as Kuroto Dan.[2][3]

Masamune Dan

{{nihongo4|Masamune Dan|檀 正宗|Dan Masamune}} is the original CEO of Genm Corp. and the father of Kuroto Dan. In the original timeline, he is the mastermind of the Kamen Rider Chronicle MMO project and both the first and second Bugster outbreaks, as well as another Patient Zero like Emu Hojo, who can transform into {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Cronus|仮面ライダークロノス|Kamen Raidā Kuronosu}}.

As a result of the Time Jackers' actions, Masamune was never imprisoned and retained his position as CEO. However, his obsession for Kuroto to be successful resulted in his death in 2016; his son usurping him moments before Geiz and Tsukuyomi arrived in an attempt to prevent it.

Masamune Dan is portrayed by an unidentified actor during his scene in 2016, whereas photos of his actor {{nihongo4|Hiroyuki Takami|貴水 博之|Takami Hiroyuki}} appeared within Sougo's Time Mazine to explain the chronology of Kuroto's rise to power.

Kamen Rider Fourze

Chuta Ohsugi

Returning from Kamen Rider Fourze, {{nihongo4|Chuta Ohsugi|大杉 忠太|Ōsugi Chūta}} is a geography teacher at Amanogawa High School who serves as advisor to the Kamen Rider Club. He is entrusted with the Fourze Ridewatch by Kamen Rider Fourze and gives it to Sougo and Geiz.

{{nihongo4|Takushi Tanaka|田中 卓志|Tanaka Takushi}} reprises his role as Chuta Ohsugi.[4]

Daita Kondo and Chikao Nezu

Returning from Movie War Ultimatum, {{nihongo4|Daita Kondo|近藤 大太|Kondō Daita}} and {{nihongo4|Chikao Nezu|根津 誓夫|Nezu Chikao}} were members of the Monster League, a team of psychic students who were manipulated by Kageto Banba until they were reformed into the Youth League.

As a result of the time paradox, Daita and Chikao are retconned as members of the Kamen Rider Club, assisting Zi-O and his team when Another Fourze attacked Amanogawa High School.

{{nihongo4|Kazuyoshi Nakazawa|中澤 兼利|Nakazawa Kazuyoshi}} and {{nihongo4|Yuya Hara|原 勇弥|Hara Yūya}} reprise their roles as Daita Kondo and Chikao Nezu respectively.

Kamen Rider Fourze

{{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Fourze|仮面ライダーフォーゼ|Kamen Raidā Fōze}}, whose true identity is {{nihongo4|Gentaro Kisaragi|如月 弦太朗|Kisaragi Gentarō}}, is an alumnus and teacher of Amanogawa High School. Despite having lost the Fourze Driver a year prior, his past is further altered by the creation of Another Fourze. At the height of Sakuma's kidnapping spree, Gentaro went off to investigate and handed Tsukuyomi a missing persons poster.
  • Year 2011: Taking place during the Chameleon Zodiarts arc, Fourze's fight with the Scorpion Zodiarts was interrupted by the creation of Another Fourze, causing both the Rider's power and Horoscope to vanish. At some point in time, Sougo would give him a blank Ridewatch to connect with in the future, as he entrusted it to his former club advisor, Ohsugi.

As revealed in episode 6.5 of Kamen Rider Zi-O: Supplementary Plan, Kisaragi's actor {{nihongo4|Sota Fukushi|福士 蒼汰|Fukushi Sōta}} was unable to reprise his role as he was busy filming for Bleach, forcing an unidentified actor to stand-in for his cameo appearance. Since neither Sota nor Ryo Yoshizawa (Ryusei Sakuta's actor) were available to return, this caused Kamen Rider 555 arc to be forcibly merged to compensate for their absence.

Stardust Ninja Dustards

{{nihongo4|Stardust Ninja Dustards|星屑忍者ダスタード|Hoshikuzu Ninja Dasutādo}} are ninja-themed foot soldiers of the Horoscopes. In a possible future in 2022, the Dustards have become enemies of Rentaro Kagura, aka Kamen Rider Shinobi.

Kamen Rider 555

Takumi Inui

{{nihongo4|Takumi Inui|乾 巧|Inui Takumi}} is a passive loner and the main character of Kamen Rider 555. The main wearer of the Faiz Gear, which allows him to transform into the titular {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Faiz|仮面ライダーファイズ|Kamen Raidā Faizu}}, he is also an evolved human known as an Orphnoch; with the ability to transform into the {{nihongo4|Wolf Orphnoch|ウルフオルフェノク|Urufu Orufenoku}}.

Originally supposed to have died as revealed in Kamen Rider 4 when a similar event occurred, the Time Jackers altered Takumi's timeline by creating Another Faiz, who negated the genesis of the Orphnochs and averted the creation of the Rider Gear technology made by Smart Brain. In 2018, learning of Masato's kidnapping of Karin Yamabuki, he goes after him to find out why and learns about the situation regarding Karin and Sakuma. He regained the memories of his original life and fate after meeting Sougo and gives the Faiz Ridewatch to Geiz.

  • Year 2003: Takumi loses his ability to become Faiz during his battle with the Elephant Orphnoch. He was handed a blank Ridewatch by Sougo off-screen to connect with in the future.
{{nihongo4|Kento Handa|半田 健人|Handa Kento}} reprises his role as Takumi Inui.[4][1]

Masato Kusaka

Also returning from Kamen Rider 555, {{nihongo4|Masato Kusaka|草加 雅人|Kusaka Masato}} is a selfish, manipulative young man with an extreme hatred for all Orphnochs, including Takumi. He is the main wearer of the Kaixa Gear, which allows him to transform into {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Kaixa|仮面ライダーカイザ|Kamen Raidā Kaiza}}.

Originally supposed to have died back in 2003 at the hands of Yuji Kiba, the timeline was altered with Masato's death and status as a Rider averted; though he still treats Takumi with hostility. He met Amanogawa High School student Karin Yamabuki, who asked for his help in stopping Sakuma by killing her, as they were both from the Ryusei School like Masato was, which attracts the attention of both Sougo's group and Takumi. Unlike all of his previous appearances, which portrayed him as a villain, Masato was shown in a more positive light in this series, as he risked his life to find a way to stop Sakuma's murder spree without having to kill Karin despite her desperate request.

{{nihongo4|Kōhei Murakami|村上 幸平|Murakami Kōhei}} reprises his role as Masato Kusaka.[4][1]

Mari Sonoda

Making a brief appearance from Kamen Rider 555, {{nihongo4|Mari Sonoda|園田 真理|Sonoda Mari}} is a graduate of the Ryusei School who entrusted Takumi with the Faiz Gear. In 2003, she was about to be crushed by the Elephant Orphnoch until the birth of Another Faiz removed him from existence.

Instead of being reprised by {{nihongo4|Yuria Haga|芳賀 優里亜|Haga Yuria}}, her scene from episode 2 of Kamen Rider 555 was reused to represent her appearance.

Kamen Rider Wizard

Kamen Rider Wizard

{{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Wizard|仮面ライダーウィザード|Kamen Raidā Wizādo}}, whose true identity is {{nihongo4|Haruto Soma|操真 晴人|Sōma Haruto}}, was a former soccer player who became a hope bringer wizard after he survives being turned into a Phantom during the Sabbath ritual.
  • Year 2012: On Christmas Day, the fight against the Phantom Phoenix was interrupted after the creation of Another Wizard caused both his powers and the Phantom to be wiped from existence.

In a brief shot of his civilian identity in the year 2012, Kamen Rider Wizard is portrayed by an unidentified actor instead of {{nihongo4|Shunya Shiraishi|白石 隼也|Shiraishi Shunya}}.

Kosuke Nito

Returning from Kamen Rider Wizard, {{nihongo4|Kosuke Nito|仁藤 攻介|Nitō Kōsuke}} is a young archaeologist who discovered the Beast Driver, which he uses to transform into {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Beast|仮面ライダービースト|Kamen Raidā Bisuto}}.

In possession of the Wizard and Beast Ridewatches, he stalked Geiz while Another Wizard was active; the latter's creation causing him to lose his memories. After regaining his memories for a moment, Nito gives Geiz the Wizard Ridewatch once he tests the Rider's strength, but keeps the Beast Ridewatch for himself. After Geiz traveled to 2012 to defeat Hayase, he would later meet Nito off-screen to deliver blank Ridewatches.

{{nihongo4|Tasuku Nagase|永瀬 匡|Nagase Tasuku}} reprises his role as Kosuke Nito.[5]

Kamen Rider OOO

Eiji Hino

{{nihongo4|Eiji Hino|火野 映司|Hino Eiji}} is a wandering vagabond and the main character/titular Rider of {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider OOO|仮面ライダーオーズ|Kamen Raidā Ōzu}}.

Due to the time paradox created by Another OOO's creation, Eiji becomes a member of the Dan Foundation's diet committee instead of helping those who need his help. When the Dan Foundation tries to gain independence from Japan, he was held hostage by King Kuroto Dan. After being rescued by Sougo, Eiji took interest in the youth's dream to become king and gives him both the OOO and Tajadol Combo Ridewatches. He also advises Sougo on helping those in need while reflecting on his failure in saving a young girl in the past.

  • Year 2010: Right after he attempted to destroy the Neko Yummy, the birth of Another OOO caused Eiji to lose his powers. He was given blank Ridewatches off-screen in the hopes of connecting with Sougo the future.
{{nihongo4|Shu Watanabe|渡部 秀|Watanabe Shū}} reprises his role as Eiji Hino.[3]

Hina Izumi

Also returning from Kamen Rider OOO, {{nihongo4|Hina Izumi|泉 比奈|Izumi Hina}} is girl with super-strength, the sister of Ankh's primary host Shingo Izumi, and dreamed of becoming a fashion designer.

As a result of the time paradox, Hina never met Eiji and becomes King Kuroto Dan's fashion designer before being imprisoned to be groomed as his queen. After Sougo freed them and defeated Kuroto in the past, Hina had a last talk with Eiji before he returned to his job.

{{nihongo4|Riho Takada|高田 里穂|Takada Riho}} reprises her role as Hina Izumi.[3]

Kamen Rider Gaim

Kouta Kazuraba

{{nihongo4|Kouta Kazuraba|葛葉 紘汰|Kazuraba Kōta}} is a part-time job seeking, earnest, and cheerful young adult and the main character/mascot of his Beat Rider dancing team's titular {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Gaim|仮面ライダー鎧武|Kamen Raidā Gaimu}}. Following a series of battles and tribulations as the result of the Helheim Forest creeping into Earth, Kouta transcended his humanity by eating the Golden Fruit and used his newly acquired god-like powers as the Man of the Beginning to save Earth by transferring the entire forest to a lifeless planet that became known as Planet Helheim.

In the altered timeline, an older Kouta worked at Drupers and would give Sougo the Gaim and Kodama Ridewatches.

  • Year 2013: While in the middle of fighting a pair of Inves, Kouta lost his powers as Gaim. The altered Kouta would later be given blank Ridewatches from Sougo to connect with in the future.
  • Man of the Beginning: Because of Another Gaim's creation, Kouta's iterations separated into both a normal human and his godhood. As Zi-O used the Gaim Armor to defeat Another Gaim, the Man of the Beginning approaches him just after his victory and rewound Another Gaim's destruction; reprimanding Sougo for lacking faith in Geiz while also sending him back in time to meet his past-present-self and help Geiz.
{{nihongo4|Gaku Sano|佐野 岳|Sano Gaku}} reprises his role as Kouta Kazuraba.[6]

Kaito Kumon

Also returning from Kamen Rider Gaim, {{nihongo4|Kaito Kumon|駆紋 戒斗|Kumon Kaito}} is the former leader of Team Baron who can transform into {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Baron|仮面ライダーバロン|Kamen Raidā Baron}}. Unfortunately, motivated by his ambition to create a world where only the weak can flourish and not be oppressed by the strong (as one of them could be cowards), Kaito abandoned his humanity to transform into the Overlord Inves {{nihongo4|Lord Baron|ロード・バロン|Rōdo Baron}} and died in a final fated battle against Gaim for the power of the Golden Fruit. His pure-human spirit remains as the "guardian" of a shrine tree, though he still retains his gruff attitude.

In the altered timeline, where his becoming Kamen Rider Baron and the events that led to his death were averted, Kaito and several of his team members was sent into Helheim Forest by Team Baron member, Asura, who desired leadership of the dance group for himself. As Kaito managed to survive the forest on his own through unknown means, he meets Geiz after being sent to his location by Another Gaim. Kaito chastises Geiz for his hesitation and shows a Crack which the Rider uses to escape. After two iterations of Kamen Rider Zi-O manage to defeat Another Gaim in different time periods, Kaito and his teammates are finally rescued from Helheim.

{{nihongo4|Yutaka Kobayashi|小林 豊|Kobayashi Yutaka}} reprises his role as Kaito Kumon.[6]

Kamen Rider Ghost

Takeru Tenkūji

{{nihongo4|Takeru Tenkūji|天空寺 タケル|Tenkūji Takeru}} is the current heir to the Daitenkū-ji Buddhist temple and the main character/titular rider of {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Ghost|仮面ライダーゴースト|Kamen Raidā Gōsuto}}. Having lost his parents, his mother to illness and his father Ryū Tenkūji murdered by the jealous Gamma prince Adel, Takeru became Ghost after he was killed during the Gamma's first attack on Earth, with his soul placed in an artificial body as he battled the Gamma before defeating the Gammisers and was restored to life. Following Danton's attempted coup against Adonis' royal family being foiled, Takeru fell in love with Danton's adopted daughter Chloe, who gave birth to his future successor and son, Ayumu.

As a result of the Time Jackers creating Another Ghost, Takeru loses his Kamen Rider powers but retains his spiritual abilities. Alongside members of the Mysterious Phenomenon Institute, he investigated the disappearances his monstrous counterpart perpetrated for three years until Zi-O and Geiz got involved. After Sougo's spirit gets separated from his body, Takeru's Ridewatch allows him to perceive the youth before Narita uses Shiranui to render his spirit visible to mortals. Takeru then takes Sougo's place physically to travel to 2015 in the Time Mazine with Sougo to prevent policeman Makimura from dying while saving his sister and being turned into Another Ghost when he succeeds. Sougo returns to his body, but as Takeru is attacked by Heure, he is rescued by Makoto, who reminds him that he is a Kamen Rider. He temporarily regains his powers but fails to prevent Makimura from becoming Another Ghost, causing Sougo's soul to separate from his body again. Despite this, both Takeru and Makoto manage to power down their Rider forms immediately before Another Ghost's presence negated their transformation again. Sougo would later give Takeru's past iteration a blank Ridewatch to connect with him in the future off-screen.

{{nihongo4|Shun Nishime|西銘 駿|Nishime Shun}} reprises his role as Takeru Tenkūji.[7] In episode 13.5 of the Supplementary Plan, Shun Nishime revealed that Takeru was meant to appear in the early episodes of Kamen Rider Zi-O, but due to scheduling conflicts, his Rider's corresponding Ridewatch debuted first.

Makoto was raised as a human on Earth by Danton's follower, Godai, under the alias of Daigo Fukami; having inherited the ability to become the second Specter like his adopted father before him to restore his sister's life and eventually his physical body.

  • Year 2015: Makoto appeared in the midst of a Gamma Commando attack as he joins forces with a time-displaced Takeru before the creation of Another Ghost removes his powers.
{{nihongo4|Ryosuke Yamamoto|山本 涼介|Yamamoto Ryōsuke}} reprises his role as Makoto Fukami.[7]

Shibuya and Narita

Also returning from Kamen Rider Ghost, {{nihongo4|Shibuya Hachiōji|八王子 シブヤ|Hachiōji Shibuya}} and {{nihongo4|Narita Kisarazu|木更津 ナリタ|Kisarazu Narita}} are two ascetic monks from Daitenkū-ji.

{{nihongo4|Takuya Mizoguchi|溝口 琢矢|Mizoguchi Takuya}} and {{nihongo4|Reo Kansyuji|勧修寺 玲旺|Kanshūji Reo}} reprise their roles as Shibuya and Narita respectively.[7]

Kamen Rider Decade

Tsukasa Kadoya

{{nihongo4|Tsukasa Kadoya|門矢 士|Kadoya Tsukasa}} is a photographer who was initially the feared Destroyer of Worlds {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Decade|仮面ライダーディケイド|Kamen Raidā Dikeido}} and the former leader of the interdimensional Dai-Shocker organization before he lost his memory and aided various alternate versions of his Kamen Rider predecessors in averting a dimensional convergence that threatened all of reality. While Tsukasa initially possessed the ability to use the powers of his predecessor Kamen Riders, his upgraded Decadriver, the {{nihongo4|Neo Decadriver|ネオディケイドライバー|Neo Dikeidoraibā}}, allows him to use the powers of his successor Riders up to Kamen Rider Build. Initially in possession of his own Ridewatch by unknown means, he later gives it to his spiritual successor Zi-O through Geiz.

Seeking to change Sougo's destiny from becoming Oma Zi-O, Tsukasa assumes his previous title as Destroyer of Worlds to oversee and destroy Sougo's world if he fails in his mission. Tsukasa first reveals himself when, after assisting the Time Jackers and Another Ghost, he arranges for Sougo to acquire the Decade Ridewatch before sending the youth and Tsukuyomi to the year 2068 so the former can get a glance at his future self. Taking his leave on Christmas Eve 2018 when Sougo resolves to become Zi-O once more, Tsukasa traveled to 24 April 2009 where he posed as the driver of the bus that a young Sougo was riding before Swartz attacked. Tsukasa saved Tsukuyomi from being a casualty and brings her through time to Oma Day, where Swartz selected Sougo to become Zi-O before sending her back to 2019.

He has appear at an world of Zi-O and steal Ridewatch as a part of his treasure. Later, he have White Woz's Future Note as a part of his treasure and Oma Zi-O has contract him via dimensional wall to see his younger self and his enemy, Kamen Rider Geiz for collect remaining Ridewatches are Agito, Hibiki, Kabuto, Den-O, Kiva and Drive.

{{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Double|仮面ライダー{{Ruby|W|ダブル}}|Kamen Raidā Daburu}}, is the titular two-in-one detective Kamen Rider who transforms with a pair of Double Drivers and work for the Narumi Detective Agency, taking over after his predecessor/mentor Sokichi Narumi was killed during the Begins Night incident. When transformed with the Lost Driver on their own, each of Double's halves can transform into separate versions of Double's primary half changes, namely {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Cyclone|仮面ライダーサイクロン|Kamen Raidā Saikuron}}/right-half and {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Joker|仮面ライダージョカー|Kamen Raidā Jōkā}}/left-half, should one of Double's halves be preoccupied. During Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever, Double lead all of the Heisei Riders against Tid to stop him from destroying them.
  • {{nihongo4|Shotaro Hidari|左 翔太郎|Hidari Shōtarō}} is the left-half and main body of Kamen Rider Double, Kamen Rider Joker. Succeeding Sokichi as the detective of his agency, Shotaro tries to live up to his late mentor's fame; even proclaiming himself as a "hard-boiled detective". When Philip uses the Fang Memory, he becomes the main body while Shotaro becomes the mind; still using the Joker Memory (due to his partner's now formerly weakened condition and the Joker Memory being the only Gaia Memory capable of negating the Fang Memory's berserk side effect). Although he was absent during the emergence of Another Double, Shotaro was in possession of the Double Ridewatch before he entrusted it to the Master of Fumen.
  • {{nihongo4|Philip|フィリップ|Firippu}}, born {{nihongo|Raito Sonozaki|園咲 来人|Sonozaki Raito}}, is the right-half and mind of Kamen Rider Double, Kamen Rider Cyclone. While using the Fang Memory, he becomes the main body, but requires the Joker Memory to negate its berserk side effect. Prior to having his name changed to Philip, he was the third child and only son of the Sonozaki family as well as the chosen avatar of True Gaia Memories' knowledge after his death and subsequent revival; gaining full access to it in the process. After escaping his family's criminal organization, the Museum, after Begins Night, Philip becomes the target of the Sonozaki family until his father's death and losing his life during the final confrontation against the Utopia Dopant. Thanks to his sister Wakana's sacrifice, Philip was resurrected within the span of one year before revealing himself. While he was absent during the emergence of Another Double, his Gaia Library (which Philip used for investigation purposes) was accessed by Black Woz.

Although there's no news of Shotaro Hidari's original actor, {{nihongo4|Renn Kiriyama|桐山 漣|Kiriyama Renn}}, returning to reprise his role, according to Philip's original actor {{nihongo4|Masaki Suda|菅田 将暉|Suda Masaki}}, he almost appeared on-screen in Heisei Generations Forever, but his working schedule is solid booked for another two years.[9]

Master of Fumen

Returning from Kamen Rider W, the {{nihongo4|Master|マスター|Masutā}} is the owner of the {{nihongo4|"Fumen"|風麺|Fūmen}} ramen cart in Futo. During the events of Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever, he gives the Double Ridewatch to Sougo, per Shotaro's wish, before the two-in-one Rider led all of the Kamen Riders in the fight against Tid.

{{nihongo4|Hiroshi Doki|道木 広志|Dōki Hiroshi}} reprises his role as the Master of Fumen.

Kamen Rider Den-O

Kamen Rider Den-O

The titular hero of {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Den-O|仮面ライダー電王|Kamen Raidā Den'ō}}, he is a Kamen Rider who initially was {{nihongo4|Ryotaro Nogami|野上 良太郎|Nogami Ryōtarō}}, a jinxed youth whose status as a Singularity Point made him immune to most forms of time manipulation. He initially acted as a host to a quartet of Imagin known as the Tarōs, though he was briefly possessed by the swan-like Imagin Sieg, who represents Wing Form, until they attained their corporeal forms as the result of granting Ryotaro's wish during their final battle with the time traveler, Kai. Since then, whenever Ryotaro is unavailable, each of the Tarōs and Sieg can become one of Den-O's forms on their own. As for Ryotaro himself, he initially only has the weak Plat Form before gaining Liner Form to fight on his own. During the events of Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever, being immune to the Time Jacker's time alterations, Ryotaro and the Tarōs pursue Tid to prevent him from erasing the existence of the Heisei Kamen Riders.

{{nihongo4|Takeru Satoh|佐藤 健|Satō Takeru}} reprises his role as the original adult Ryotaro Nogami.[10]
  • {{nihongo4|Momotaros|モモタロス|Momotarosu}} is a hot-headed oni-like Imagin and the leader of the Tarōs who represents the well-known Sword Form. His voice role is reprised by {{nihongo4|Toshihiko Seki|関 俊彦|Seki Toshihiko}}
  • {{nihongo4|Urataros|ウラタロス|Uratarosu}} is a smooth-talking sea turtle-like Imagin who represents Rod Form. His voice role is reprised by {{nihongo4|Kōji Yusa|遊佐 浩二|Yusa Kōji}}.
  • {{nihongo4|Kintaros|キンタロス|Kintarosu}} is a noble bear-like Imagin who represents Axe Form. His voice role is reprised by {{nihongo4|Masaki Terasoma|てらそま まさき|Terasoma Masaki}}.
  • {{nihongo4|Ryutaros|リュウタロス|Ryūtarosu}} is a childish dragon-like Imagin who represents Gun Form. His voice role is reprised by {{nihongo4|Kenichi Suzumura|鈴村 健一|Suzumura Ken'ichi}}.

Owner

Also returning from Kamen Rider Den-O, the {{nihongo4|Owner|オーナー|Ōnā}} is the mysterious yet jovial owner of the DenLiner. During the events of Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever, he and the DenLiner crew pursue the Super Time Jacker Tid, who is attempting to erase the Heisei Kamen Riders from existence.

{{nihongo4|Kenjirō Ishimaru|石丸 謙二郎|Ishimaru Kenjirō}} reprises his role as the Owner.

Kamen Rider Ryuki

Shinji Kido

{{nihongo4|Shinji Kido|城戸 真司|Kido Shinji}} is the titular rider of {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Ryuki|仮面ライダー龍騎|Kamen Raidā Ryūki}}, a reporter for the ORE Journal whose contract with a blank Advent Card Deck and his future personal Contract Mirror Monster Dragreder while in the middle of investigating Koichi Sakakibara’s disappearance in his apartment complex placed him in the bloody Rider War held by Yui Kanzaki's brother, Shiro. Unlike the other participant Riders who fought for selfish reasons, Ryuki wanted to protect humanity from the feral Mirror Monsters and wished to end the conflict without any bloodshed; including changing the tragic fates of the participant Riders to better their lives. Although he died protecting civilians from a pack of Raydragoons, Yui's death convinces Shiro to negate the Rider War and avert all of the deaths that took place; with most of the former participants, including himself, living normal lives afterwards.

Though he already lost his powers as Ryuki, Shinji develops a fear of mirrors after secretly blaming the readers of ORE Journal for his former workplace's disbandment; unintentionally causing his evil Mirror World counterpart, Ryuga, to resurface in the real world as an Another Rider version of himself. During Another Ryuga's hunting spree, Shinji spent the rest of his life as a recluse in his own apartment by sealing all reflective surfaces and attempted to commit suicide via carbon monoxide poisoning, as he saw it as the only way to prevent the Another Rider from hurting anyone else. Shinji's suicide attempt was foiled when he was found and hospitalized. After accepting the Mirror Shinji as his darker self, Shinji finally reconciles with his former employer, Okubo.

  • 2068: Dragreder fell under the thrall of Oma Zi-O, controlled by the Ryuki Ridewatch, and forced to support him in his dictatorship.

During Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever, Kamen Rider Ryuki's past iteration is seen aiding all of the Heisei Kamen Riders against the Super Time Jacker Tid.

{{nihongo4|Takamasa Suga|須賀 貴匡|Suga Takamasa}} reprises his role as Shinji Kido.[11] Prior to his on-screen reprisal, he voiced the character's Rider form in Heisei Generations Forever.[12]

Ren Akiyama

Also returning from Kamen Rider Ryuki, {{nihongo4|Ren Akiyama|秋山 蓮|Akiyama Ren}} is a cold loner who fought in the Rider War as {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Knight|仮面ライダーナイト|Kamen Raidā Naito}} with his Contract Mirror Monster Darkwing, and is frequently unemployed. He joined Shiro Kanzaki's Rider War to save his fiancée, Eri Ogawa, from a mysterious coma. He was the sole winner of the Rider War after all of the participating Kamen Riders, including Shinji, died. The death of Shiro's sister Yui however, convinced Shiro to avert the Rider War's events entirely and give the participating Riders peaceful lives. As such, Ren's injuries were healed and his fiancée was revived from her coma. In the peaceful world with no Rider War, he became a full-time employee at a diner where Yui and Shiro live, which happens to be where he and his rival Shinji worked as part-timers during the series. Despite living in the new timeline, some of his original timeline memories as a Kamen Rider begin to return to him.

{{nihongo4|Satoshi Matsuda|松田 悟志|Matsuda Satoshi}} reprised his role as Ren Akiyama. Prior to being announced to reprise his role in the Rider-Time Ryuki special, Satoshi expressed interest in being called to reprise his role as his character during Zi-O's airing.[13][14]

Miyuki Tezuka

Also returning from Kamen Rider Ryuki, {{nihongo4|Miyuki Tezuka|手塚 海之|Tezuka Miyuki}} is a fortune teller who fought in the Rider War as {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Raia|仮面ライダーライア|Kamen Raidā Raia}}, with his Contract Mirror Monster Evidiver. The reason why he join Shiro Kanzaki's Rider War was because his friend, a pianist named Yuichi Saito (whose arms was broken by Takeshi Asakura/Kamen Rider Ouja), was forced to join the Rider War before being eaten by the Mirror Monster, GuldThunder. He was also Shinji/Ryuki's first trusted ally. Though he managed to avenge Yuichi's death by defeating the GuldThunder who killed him, Raia sacrificed his life saving Ryuki from Ouja's Final Vent after foreseeing his friend's death by Ouja's hand. When the Rider War's events were averted, Miyuki was returned to his original life as a fortune teller; implying that Yuichi is alive and well.

{{nihongo4|Hassei Takano|高野 八誠|Takano Hassei}} reprised his role as Miyuki Tezuka.

Jun Shibaura

Also returning from Kamen Rider Ryuki, {{nihongo4|Jun Shibaura|芝浦 淳|Shibaura Jun}} is an arrogant, well-versed computer programmer who fights constantly as {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Gai|仮面ライダーガイ|Kamen Raidā Gai}} with his Contract Mirror Monster Metalgelas. He joined Shiro's Rider War while he was still a 2nd-year college student at Meirin University and a leader of the gaming club Matrix Netgame because he saw the war like his video games. Because he is the son of a company president, Jun felt that he could get away with anything he wanted, such as playing with people's lives, including his own comrades, like toys for his own pleasure. In an ironic twist, Gai was killed by the criminal Ouja (whom he thought he was using, when it later turned out to be the other way around), after the snake-themed rider used Gai as a human shield to protect himself against Zolda's Final Vent then used his own to finish him off. When the Rider War's events were averted, Jun is revived off-screen.

{{nihongo4|Satoshi Ichijo|一條 俊|Ichijō Satoshi}} reprised his role as Jun Shibaura.

Takeshi Asakura

Also returning from Kamen Rider Ryuki, {{nihongo4|Takeshi Asakura|浅倉 威|Asakura Takeshi}} is a bad-tempered and sadistic criminal who fought in the Rider War as {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Ouja|仮面ライダー王蛇|Kamen Raidā Ōja}} with his Contract Mirror Monster Venosnaker. He became infamous since he murdered his own family during his childhood, picking fights with civilians to the death, breaking Miyuki's pianist friend Yuichi's arms, and murdering Miho Kirishima's older sister. Because of his infamy, he caught Shiro Kanzaki's attention, who had him join his Rider War. During his time as Ouja, he made several enemies out of the other participating Riders, such as the super-lawyer Shuichi Kitaoka, the journalist Shinji Kido, and especially those who were close to his victims, like Miyuki and Miho. He killed both Jun/Kamen Rider Gai and Miyuki/Kamen Rider Raia (though this attack was originally meant for Shinji/Ryuki), then used their Advent Decks to fused their Contract Monsters with his, creating the chimeric Contract Monster Genocider. By the time he killed Zolda during his final fight, Asakura found out that it was actually the lawyer's servant Goro instead of Shuichi. Before he could seek him out, Asakura was cornered by the police forces and was gunned down. When the Rider War's events were averted, Asakura is revived, but his sadism was still retained, including somehow alongside Ren, followed by Miyuki, their original timeline’s memories.

{{nihongo4|Takashi Hagino|萩野 崇|Hagino Takashi}} reprised his role as Takeshi Asakura.

Kamen Rider Odin

Also returning from Kamen Rider Ryuki, {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Odin|仮面ライダーオヂン|Kamen Raidā Odin}} is a mysterious golden entity who fights with his Contract Mirror Monster Goldphoenix. He acted as a brainwashed servant of Shiro Kanzaki, interacting with the real world when Shiro couldn't as well as watching over Yui. His powers include teleportation and his ability to rewind time to the beginning of the Rider War via his Time Vent card. If one Odin dies, Shiro can easily find a new host. Despite appearing numerous other times, Odin was only supposed to appear when only one Rider remained in the Rider War, with Kamen Rider Knight being his last opponent. After a climatic battle, Knight wound up the winner by default as the Rider War was rendered null and void upon Yui's death, causing Odin to cease to exist just as he was about to finish off Knight.

{{nihongo4|Tsuyoshi Koyama|小山 剛志|Koyama Tsuyoshi}} reprised his voice role as Kamen Rider Odin.

Mirror Shinji

Originally hailing from an alternate continuity depicted in Episode Final, {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Ryuga|仮面ライダーリュウガ|Kamen Raidā Ryūga}} is an evil Mirror counterpart of Shinji Kido, that was created by a lonely Yui Kanzaki in the image of Shinji, whom she met as a child and was seemingly abandoned by him. As a being from the Mirror World, possessing all the abilities of Kamen Rider Ryuki, Mirror Shinji participated in the Rider War to survive in the real world indefinitely by taking Shinji's body as his own. But Yui's act of allowing herself to succumb to her illness causes Shinji to purge his doppelganger and destroy him in a clash between their Final Vent attacks.

In the original reality, Mirror Shinji is Kido's literal reflection whose represented as the darker aspect of his heart that constantly blamed readers of the ORE Journal for their part in his workplace's disbandment. Taking Tsukasa's alternate dimension theory to heart, Heure manages to summon Ryuga by shattering a mirror a thousand times and transforms him into the Another Rider {{nihongo4|Another Ryuga|アナザーリュウガ|Anazā Ryūga}}. With his newfound power, Ryuga proceeds to hunt down ORE Journal readers and accidentally brought Sougo into an encounter with his mirror twin. After his defeat by Zi-O II, Sougo told Ryuga that Shinji had accepted him as part of himself, thus allowing Shinji to regain his reflection.

As Another Ryuga, "Shinji" gains the ability to enter and survive in the human world with no time limit, like his old Kamen Rider form had, and is armed with twisted versions of his original Kamen Rider weapons. He can also repel incoming attacks back to their opponents with two times the power. As a result of being unique in being both the original version of his Another Rider form and a Mirror World inhabitant, it would be nearly impossible to acquire his corresponding Ridewatch. Despite that, Sougo was able to defeat him as Kamen Rider Zi-O II. As he hailed from the Mirror World, Ryuga's Another Rider form is reversed compared to the other Another Riders; which is denoted by his Another Rider name and year date being mirrored.

As with the real Shinji Kido, the Mirror Shinji is also reprised by Takamasa Suga.

Daisuke Okubo

Also returning from Kamen Rider Ryuki, {{nihongo4|Daisuke Okubo|大久保 大介|Ōkubo Daisuke}} is the chief editor and one of Shinji's seniors at ORE Journal until its shutdown from the rise of social media. Sougo encountered Okubo at a fishing pond, who told him about his coworker Shinji while the former is investigating the readers of ORE Journal. When Shinji finally accepted Ryuga as a part of himself, he reconciles with Okubo as they moved on from ORE Journal's disbandment.

{{nihongo4|Kanji Tsuda|津田 寛治|Tsuda Kanji}} reprises his role as Daisuke Okubo.

Goro Yura

Also returning from Kamen Rider Ryuki, {{nihongo4|Goro Yura|由良 吾郎|Yura Gorō}} is the loyal servant of the super-lawyer {{nihongo4|Shuichi Kitaoka|北岡 秀一|Kitaoka Shūichi}}, {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Zolda|仮面ライダーゾルダ|Kamen Raidā Zoruda}}, whom Goro repaid when he was the lawyer's client. Despite not being a Kamen Rider himself, Goro is skilled in close combat. Due to his boss being diagnosed with cancer and his dwindling time, Goro took his place as the second Zolda against Kitaoka's worst enemy, Takeshi Asakura/Kamen Rider Ouja at the final battle and ended up killed by the latter at the same time his boss died. When the Rider War's events were averted, Goro and Kitaoka are revived, with the latter having his cancer cured.

{{nihongo4|Tomohisa Yuge|弓削 智久|Yuge Tomohisa}} reprised his role as Goro Yura.

Kamen Rider Agito

Shouichi Tsugami

The titular Rider of {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Agito|仮面ライダーアギト|Kamen Raidā Agito}}, born {{nihongo4|Tetsuya Sawaki|沢木 哲也|Sawaki Tetsuya}}, who suffered amnesia and assumed the name of the scientist he met, his would be brother in-law, {{nihongo4|Shouichi Tsugami|津上 翔一|Tsugami Shōichi}}. Revealed to be one of many humans who possessed an Agito's Seed, he learns that they're all being targeted by the monstrous Lords, who consider themselves humanity's protectors from both external and internal threats. Shouichi is adopted by the Misugi family as he begins to piece his missing memories together before opening a restaurant named after the fallen Agito’s Seeds victims once the Lords have been defeated.

In 2019, Shouichi was in the middle of cooking practice in France. By the time he heard the news of an Another Agito Army attacking Tokyo, he returned to Japan to aid both the G3 Army and the Time Riders in turning the civilians who were transformed into the Another Agito Army by the Time Jackers back to normal.

During the events of Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever, Kamen Rider Agito is seen aiding all of the Heisei Kamen Riders against the Super Time Jacker Tid.

{{nihongo4|Toshiki Kashu|賀集 利樹|Kashū Toshiki}} reprises his role as Shouichi Tsugami. Prior to his on-screen reprisal, he voiced the character's Rider form in Heisei Generations Forever.[15]

Another Agito

Also returning from Kamen Rider Agito, {{nihongo4|Another Agito|アナザーアギト|Anazā Agito}} is a flawed version of Kamen Rider Agito that resembles a locust and the original Another Rider.

In the original timeline, the original Another Rider’s identity was {{nihongo4|Kaoru Kino|木野 薫|Kino Kaoru}}, a surgeon who was amongst the Akatsuki incident survivors alongside his fellow Agito, Tetsuya (who developed amnesia and took on the name "Shouichi"). Upon becoming the first Another Rider, he became power drunk and started to eliminate those who inherited the Agito’s Seeds, including Shouichi, until Kino was reformed and became much better than before. He sacrificed his life to give Agito and Gills time to destroy the Lord known as Ericius Liquor.

The Time Jackers created their own variations of Another Agito and made them fight the real Agito, the Time Riders, and the G3 Army.

Kamen Rider G3

Also returning from Kamen Rider Agito, {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider G3|仮面ライダーG3|Kamen Raidā Jī Tsurī}} is a series of powered suits developed by a special branch of Tokyo’s Metropolitan Police Department, the Squad of Anti-Unidentified Lifeforms, ever since the MPD’s involvement against the Gurongi Tribe in Kamen Rider Kuuga. The system of the G3 suits’ development uses first Heisei Kamen Rider, Kuuga as the basis, with the most well-known first compatible user the Akatsuki incident hero, {{nihongo4|Makoto Hikawa|氷川 誠|Hikawa Makoto}}. When the Lords (known as “Unknown” by the MPD) begin to attack the bearers of Agito’s Seeds since that incident, G3 is deployed to stop them. After a series of tests while combating the Lords alongside Agito, Gills, and the original Another Agito, the G3 suits underwent significant upgrades in order to match them; such as G3-Mild, a supposed mass produced version of the G3 suit which was eventually made defunct, then finally its final upgrade, G3-X. During the final battle against the last El Lords, Hikawa dons the G3-X suit one more time before going back to his normal police life.

In 2019, it is the original G3 suit that has been mass produced instead of their Mild counterpart. The G3 Army aids both Agito and the Time Riders in turning the people who were transformed into the Another Agito Army by the Time Jackers back to normal.

Takahiro Omuro

Also returning from Kamen Rider Agito, {{nihongo4|Takahiro Omuro|尾室 隆弘|Omuro Takahiro}} is the comic relief member of the SAUL branch of the MPD and the main driver for Kamen Rider G3’s mobile command RV, G-Mobile. He was originally the first operator of the {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider G3 Mild|仮面ライダーG3マイルド|Kamen Raidā Jī Tsurī Mairudo}} suit, a supposed mass-produced version of original Kamen Rider G3, until it was rendered defunct after its first use. After all of the Lords were defeated, Takahiro went on to lead the G5 Unit squad.

{{nihongo4|Akiyoshi Shibata|柴田 明良|Shibata Akiyoshi}} reprises his role as Takahiro Omuro.

Mana Kazaya

Also returning from Kamen Rider Agito, {{nihongo4|Mana Kazaya|風谷 真魚|Kazaya Mana}} is the daughter of Nobuyuki Kazaya and niece of Yoshihiko Misugi who happens to inherit an Agito’s Seed like Shouichi, despite not being involved in the Akatsuki incident. Thanks to Tetsuya, the original Shouichi, her psychic power is awakened and used for resurrecting Ryo Ashihara/Kamen Rider Gills. She was named after mana by her father.

{{nihongo4|Rina Akiyama|秋山 莉奈|Akiyama Rina}} reprises her role as the original adult Mana Kazaya.

Kamen Rider Kuuga

Riku

The original {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Kuuga|仮面ライダークウガ|Kamen Raidā Kūga}}, {{nihongo4|Riku|リク}}, who defended the Linto Tribe, humanity's ancestors, from the Gurongi Tribe before he sealed the monsters within his coffin in the Kurougatake ruins until the seal was undone in the year 2000, with Riku killed by the incomplete N-Daguva-Zeba. Riku's belt ends up bonding to Yusuke Godai, who takes the warrior's place as Kuuga to stop the revived Gurongi from slaughtering humanity.

During the events of Heisei Generations Forever, Tid invaded the Kurougatake ruins on January 29, 2000, a day before Yusuke Godai became Kuuga. From Riku's remains, Tid created the Kuuga Another Watch while Geiz did the same for the Kuuga Ridewatch. Due to Tid's actions, Riku was temporarily revived to assist the Heisei Riders against the Super Time Jacker.

Kamen Rider Blade

Kazuma Kenzaki

{{nihongo4|Kazuma Kenzaki|剣崎 一真|Kenzaki Kazuma}}, is the titular {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Blade|仮面ライダーブレイド|Kamen Raidā Bureido}}, an agent of B.O.A.R.D. who specialized in keeping the Undeads sealed. After sealing the Caucasus Undead and achieving his King Form, it is later revealed that B.O.A.R.D. became corrupted by the CEO, Hiroshi Tennoji, and used said King Form to expose him to Undead cells. As Kazuma overuses the King Form (despite its side effect and Hajime's identity as the Black Joker Undead being exposed in front of him prior to achieving his ultimate form), he's forced to confront Hajime after he unwittingly brings destruction to all life on Earth as the winner of the new Battle Fight. In the end, Kazuma sacrificed his humanity and became another Joker Undead to ensure Hajime could coexist with humans and halt mass extinction.

Even in spite of Another Blade's creation, Kazuma retains his powers as Kamen Rider Blade due to his status as a Joker as he re-emerges after a long period of hiding. Kazuma is provoked into attacking Hajime upon learning he is using his powers after all the heavy sacrifices he made for him. When Amane was forcibly turned into Another Blade again by White Woz, she absorbed Kazuma and Hajime's Undead cells; giving the former his humanity back and making the latter completely human. After Zi-O Trinity defeats Another Blade and effectively prevents the mass destruction that was caused by her absorbed Joker cells, Kazuma and Hajime are entrusted with blank Ridewatches by the Time Riders.

{{nihongo4|Takayuki Tsubaki|椿 隆之|Tsubaki Takayuki}} reprises his role as Kazuma Kenzaki.

Hajime Aikawa

Also returning from Kamen Rider Blade, {{nihongo4|Hajime Aikawa|相川 始|Aikawa Hajime}}, whose true identity is the original {{nihongo4|Black Joker Undead|黒いジョカーアンデット|Kuroi Jokā Andetto}}, simply known as {{nihongo4|Joker|ジョカー|Jokā}}, the most feared of the Undead able as he can assume the form of defeated Undead and that his victory in the Battle Fight would mark the end of all life on Earth. After sealing both the Mantis Undead Chalice and the Human Undead to conceal his true nature as the Joker, his natural impulses quelled by the two cards' personality traits as the latter Undead intended, he assumed the identity of Hajime Aikawa to make amends to a photographer named Kurihara who was killed during one of his skirmishes with the recently freed Undead. Many humans mistook the Mantis Undead as "Kamen Rider", with Hajime's use of the form called {{nihongo4|Kamen Rider Chalice|仮面ライダーカリス|Kamen Raidā Karisu}}. Hajime's time at the Jacaranda Cafe with Kurihara's daughter Amane helped him accept humanity to the point of wishing he was truly human himself while growing to respect Kazuma. Eventually, Hajime's identity as the Joker is revealed and he eventually loses control over his powers once the other Undead are sealed. Hajime is forced to fight Kazuma before realizing the human is turning himself into an Undead to force the current Battle Fight into a stalemate. Knowing they would be forced by the Battle Fight's overseer into fighting each other, Kazuma leaves Japan so Hajime can live happily with Kurihara's family.

Even in spite of Another Blade's creation, Hajime retains his powers due to his Joker nature. After attempting to save Amane from Sougo, he is attacked by Kazuma, who considered Hajime's actions an apparent betrayal of his trust. When Amane was forced into becoming Another Blade again by White Woz, she rendered Hajime completely human by extracting and absorbing his Undead D.N.A. Following Another Blade's defeat, a fully human Hajime is able to fulfill his dream after he's entrusted with a blank Ridewatch by the Time Riders.

{{nihongo4|Ryoji Morimoto|森本 亮治|Morimoto Ryōji}} reprises his role as Hajime Aikawa.

Amane Kurihara

Also returning from Kamen Rider Blade, {{nihongo4|Amane Kurihara|栗原 天音|Kurihara Amane}}, is the daughter of Haruka Kurihara and niece of Kotaro Shirai, allies of the B.O.A.R.D. Riders and Hajime. Despite being a troublemaker, she is also the main reason behind Hajime's new way of life and his living alongside humans.

In 2019, an adult Amane becomes a worker at her mother's Jacaranda Cafe. While closing up, she is unwillingly turned into the Another Rider {{nihongo4|Another Blade|アナザーブレイド|Anazā Bureido}} by Swartz through White Woz. This forces a conflict between Kazuma, Hajime, and the Time Riders over safely returning Amane to normal. She was later forced by White Woz to transform into Another Blade and absorb the Undead cells from Kazuma and Hajime, rendering them human while summoning the Monolith to commence a mass-extinction event to unfold as the result of becoming a Joker. Luckily, Zi-O's acquiring of Trinity form allow him, Geiz, and Black Woz to save Amane while eradicating the Joker cells and ending the Battle Fight for good. As Hajime is now completely human thanks to her, they can finally live peacefully.

Even though Kamen Rider Blade debuted in 2004, Another Blade is dated 2019 due to the Another Rider being created in said year. Her main weapon is a twisted copy of Blade's Blay Rouzer, though she can also fire a beam of lightning from her chest.

{{nihongo4|Hikari Kajiwara|梶原 ひかり|Kajiwara Hikari}} reprises her role as Amane Kurihara.
