The first sites from the Country Nepal were the Sagarmatha National Park and .[1] In Nepal, there are 8 cultural and 2 natural mixed sites.[2] They are Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, Changunarayan, Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, Bouddhanath, Lumbini,Sagarmatha National Park and Chitwan National Park. Additionally, there are 15 tentative sites proposed by Nepal in UNESCO.[3] World Heritage sitesUNESCO lists sites under ten criteria; each entry must meet at least one of the criteria.
