This is the complete chapter and colony roll of Xi Psi Phi Professional Dental Fraternity.

Xi Psi Phi has chartered 63 chapters, of which 19 remain active. Active chapters are noted in bold. Unless otherwise indicated, all dates and chapter information are from the cited Baird's Manual, (20th Ed), or a 1921 quarterly edition of the fraternity's magazine.[1][2][3]

This arrangement ended in WWI, until finally the Chicago school merged with Loyola University in 1926. The chapter has not survived.
8. ^The still-extant "Royal College" relinquished the role of educating Canadian dental students when that function was shifted to Toronto and other institutions. The Royal College retains the role of certification of dentists within Canada. Dental educators from the Royal College become the dental faculty of the University of Toronto in 1925.
