}}Lithocarpus jacobsii is a tree in the beech family Fagaceae. It is named for the Dutch botanist Marius Jacobs.[2]DescriptionLithocarpus jacobsii grows as a tree up to {{convert|36|m|-1}} tall with a trunk diameter of up to {{convert|60|cm|0|abbr=on}}. The brown bark is smooth or lenticellate. Its coriaceous leaves measure up to {{convert|56|cm|0|abbr=on}} long.
