The Madeira rockfish (Scorpaena maderensis) is a species of rockfish found in the eastern Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea in waters between 20 and 40 metres depth.[1][2] This species reaches a length of {{convert|14|cm|in}} SL.[1] The species was described by Achille Valenciennes in 1833 after a specimen from Madeira.[3]
