So it seems that Junagadh was ruled by thanadar under governor of Gujarat. At the time of this inscription, Farhat-ul-Mulk Rasti Khan was governor of Gujarat who was under Delhi Sultan Firuz Shah Tughlaq. The inscription (VS 1437/1381 CE) in Sudavav, a stepwell in Mahuva, Bhavnagar mentions Mahipala and his another younger brother Satyaraja.[2][1] He recovered Vanthali from Amarsingh and Jetsingh, the descendants of Jagatsingh.[1] Mahipala II was succeeded by his brother Mokalasimha, also known as Muktasimha in 1384 CE.[1] Notes{{notelist-ua}}References1. ^1 2 3 4 5 {{Cite book|url=https://archive.org/details/1977GujaratnoRajkiyaAneSanskrutikItihasVol5SaltanatKaal257D/page/n5|title=ગુજરાતનો રાજકીય અને સાંસ્કૃતિક ઇતિહાસ: સલ્તનત કાલ|last=|first=|publisher=Bholabhai Jeshingbhai Institute of Learning and Research|year=1977|isbn=|editor-last=Parikh|editor-first=Rasiklal Chhotalal|editor-link=Rasiklal Parikh|series=Research Series - Book No. 71|volume=V|location=Ahmedabad|pages=159-160|language=gu|trans-title=Political and Cultural History of Gujarat: Sultanate Era|editor-last2=Shastri|editor-first2=Hariprasad Gangashankar|editor-link2=Hariprasad Shastri}} {{Chudasama dynasty}}2. ^{{Cite book|url=https://archive.org/stream/in.ernet.dli.2015.54106/2015.54106.Inscriptions-Of-Kathiawad|title=New Indian Antiquary|last=Diskalkar|first=D.
