Mandel Kramer (March 12, 1916 – January 29, 1989) was an American TV actor and voice actor. As a voice actor, he is best known as the last Johnny Dollar from Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar radio show.^[1]^[2]

For 20 years he played police chief Bill Marceau from The Edge of Night (1959–1979).
