Marguerite Brésil (born 1880) was a French stage actress.^[1] In 1899 she made her stage debut in Paris in Petit Chagrin.^[1] She performed in all the major theaters of Paris, and played the title role in Zaza.^[1]

Pictures of her appeared on Belle Époque postcards, and she popularized the Recamier hairstyle.^[2]^[3]
