She studied art history and photography in Florence, Italy, later decided to study Communication at Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education.[1] CareerShe started in 2006 as an editor at Fox Sports Mexico. In 2007 she began her broadcasting career being a reporter and then hosting a program on weekends in the same channel. In 2008 she became the main presenter of Central Fox TV show. In 2012, she moved to Argentina to an employment exchange with Fox Sports Cono Sur, being part of the roster of this chain, as well as carrying out academic studies in that country. It was awarded that same year with the prize "Female revelation in sports journalism" by the Higher Institute of Sports Journalism in Buenos Aires.[1] In 2015 Reimers was nominated to Sport Grammy Awards, becoming the first Mexican journalist to be considered to this award.[1][4] In 2017 Reimers, Jimena Sánchez and Verónica Rodriguez founded Versus Mexico, a NGO devoted to criticize and tackling harassment to Mexican female sports journalists, presenters and commentators.[5] The NGO began with a public event and the publishing of a viral video on YouTube[6] showing how they awake daily with a bunch of public harmful messages in a way of trolling, hate speech, threats of death and abuse, sexual remarks and misogynistic and sexist commentaries just to be women working on sports.[7][8] CoverageReimers has made coverage for Fox Sports in the next events:
