词条 | Martti Aiha |
释义 |
He has made abstracted sculptured wall reliefs and free-standing sculptures. His reliefs made of transparent acrylic sheet give an impression of immateriality, incorporeality and weightlessness. The ornamental, flame-like living shapes have become his trademark.[2] In addition of acrylic and plywood, he works with metal, wood or plastic.[3] Many of Aiha's works are related to his curiosity of our use of public space.[4] Aiha's 15 metres high sculpture Rumba in black-painted aluminium was donated to the City of Helsinki by Alko, the government-owned alcohol company, in context of Alko's 60th anniversary. The sculpture is located in Salmisaari, near Alko's then headquarters.[5] Aiha received the Swedish Prince Eugen Medal in 2013.[6] References1. ^{{cite web |url=http://www.galleriaheino.fi/tekstit/aiha_cven.pdf |title=Martti Aiha CV |website=Galleria Heino |publisher= |access-date=21 October 2016}} {{Authority control}}{{DEFAULTSORT:Aiha, Martti}}2. ^{{cite web |url=http://www.galleriaheino.fi/2007/aiha_en.htm |title= Martti Aiha 24.4.-20.5.2007 |last1=Heino |first1=Rauli |date=2007 |website= |publisher=Galleria Heino |access-date=21 October 2016}} 3. ^Martti Aiha Skulpturlandskap 4. ^ Martti Aiha Embassy of Finland, Paris {{fi}} 5. ^{{cite web |url=https://www.hamhelsinki.fi/en/sculpture/rumba-martti-aiha/ |title= Rumba |last1= |first1= |last2= |first2= |date= |website=HAM |publisher=Helsinki Art Museum |access-date=21 October 2016}} 6. ^{{cite web|url=http://www.kungahuset.se/monarkinhovstaterna/ordnarochmedaljer/medaljer/prinseugenmedaljen/medaljforlaningar.4.1a3366210de661ad20800042171.html |title=Medaljförläningar – Prins Eugen-medaljen |publisher=Royal Court of Sweden |accessdate=22 October 2016 |language=Swedish}} 4 : 1952 births|20th-century Finnish sculptors|21st-century Finnish sculptors|Living people |
