(The Mater Dolorosa primary school and high school). It began as the mission of Mater Dolorosa established in January 1914.[6] Unlike most African countries the main church is not located in the capital, but in another city (Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption of Manzini). Mater Dolorosa The name refers to one of the Latin form of call to the invocation of Our Lady of Sorrows. On January 27, 2014 celebrations were held in this church celebrating 100 years of the Catholic Church in the nation.
