Its most successful television serial Humsafar is believed to have changed the Pakistani drama industry.[8] MD Productions produced its first film in 2015 Bin Roye which received positive reviews internationally.[9][10] Some of their recent work include Suno Chanda, Dar Si Jaati Hai Sila, O Rangreza, Yakeen Ka Safar, Diyar e Dil, Hum Thehrey Gunehgaar, Bisaat e Dil, Sanwari, Jaal.[11][12] The Productions house also introduces many renowned faces of Pakistani television industry including Mahira Khan, Fawad Khan, Iqra Aziz, Zara Noor Abbas, Sarah Khan, Danish Taimoor, Ayeza Khan, Aiman Khan.
