The school accommodates Commission on Higher Education (CHED) recognized programs in Midwifery, Nursing, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Criminology, Elementary Education, Hotel and Restaurant Management.[2] Much like its sister schools in Ozamiz, Pagadian, and Misamis Occidental, Medina College-Ipil is among the leading private schools in its locale. The institution also caters Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and CHED. HistoryThe birth of Medina College-Ipil dates back in June 2001, some years after Dr. Rico Macan Medina, Sr. and his wife, Dr. Beatriz Crisostomo Medina have founded its sister schools in Ozamiz City (1963), province of Misamis Occidental (1983), and Pagadian City (1999).{{cn|date=December 2018}} References1. ^1 {{cite web | url=https://www.entranceuniversity.com/city/medina-college-ipil/?overview | title=Medina College-Ipil {{!}} School Overview | publisher=Entrance University | accessdate=31 December 2018}} {{Medina College Inc.}}{{coord missing|Philippines}}2. ^{{cite web | url=https://www.edukasyon.ph/schools/medina-college-inc-ipil | title=Medina College, Inc.-Ipil {{!}} Programs Offered | publisher=Edukasyon.PH | accessdate=31 December 2018}} 2 : Education in Ozamiz|Universities and colleges in Zamboanga Sibugay |
