In 2014, Kale established the first ever women's National Team for the Chinese Taipei Football Association. His ideas on the "Physiological differences between Men and Women" (in particular : muscular system which effects speed and explosive power), argues that the execution of tactics in Women's game should not be same as Men's game, and new tactics and strategies should be innovated specifically for women. He was the Technical Director of Futsal Department at Chinese Taipei Football association for a short period of six months in 2017.
