She relocated to the US where she received her BFA in Film Studies from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and her MFA in Theater Arts from The Actors Studio Drama School in New York City.[3] CareerVier began working professionally as an actress in 2002. She appeared in multiple films including Ark, FAQs, Supply Side Jesus and The Bourne Legacy. She then created and starred in the web series Pun Plip Pridays on Kababayan Today[4][5][6] in which she was soon recognized for her comedic talent. She made her television debut on the Fox show New Girl opposite Zooey Deschanel, and went on to appear in About a Boy, The Young and the Restless and General Hospital, and in 2016, appeared in Wingin' It and Dice.
