The design is out of production.[1][2][3] The boat was built by Mirage Yachts in Canada. It is not related to the Mirage 27 designed by Robert Perry, another design built by Mirage under the same name.[1][2][4][5][6] DesignThe Mirage 27 is a small recreational keelboat, built predominantly of fiberglass. It has a masthead sloop rig, an internally-mounted, spade-type rudder and a fixed fin keel.[1][2] It has a length overall of {{convert|27.17|ft|m|1|abbr=on}}, a waterline length of {{convert|21.50|ft|m|1|abbr=on}}, displaces {{convert|5500|lb|kg|0|abbr=on}} and carries {{convert|2200|lb|kg|0|abbr=on}} of ballast. The boat has a draft of {{convert|4.17|ft|m|abbr=on}} with the standard keel. The boat is fitted with a Japanese Yanmar 1GM diesel engine of {{convert|9|hp|kW|0|abbr=on}}.
