His mother Tin Tin Mar is a tailor who worked from home, showed him how to make clothes from a young age, and he quickly became hooked.[6] At that time, “fashion designer” did not mean much. They were usually called “tailors”. Myo attended high school at Basic Education High School No. 16 Mandalay and graduated with the Math from distance education at Yadanabon University in 2005. At the university student, he worked in fashion shop and study fashion.[7] He graduated from university, he started study to fashion design and becoming a designer.[8] He rising to fame when he designs were featured in a group fashion show and he attracted the attention of local fashion magazines. He has flourished as a fashion designer since 2007. He opened "Myo Minn Soe Design House", a work space and showcase for his silk and acheik designs.[9][10] Myo’s filigree work is popular in Myanmar and his creations range from K700,000 to K4 million over.[11] Myo participated as a judge in Myanmar fashion contests. He is considered as one of the most commercially successful fashion designers in Myanmar. He believes in supporting other young designers, so he has created a scholarship which is promoting new talent.[12] Fashion showsMyo presented his fashion collection at the International Fashion Week, Bangkok held on May 2013 in Bangkok, Hong Kong Fashion Week, held on January 2015 in Hong Kong, Chiangmai Fashion Week 2014, held from August 18 to 24 in Chiangmai, Nathern Logistic Fair 2014 and many other international fashion festivals.[13] He has been shown more than 120 fashion shows in local Myanmar. Myo Minn Soe will over 10 year design costumes sponsored for Myanmar Academy Awards Ceremony and Academy Shwekyos, who will carry the golden trophies presented to Myanmar film Academy Award winners.[14] Expensive creationMyo Minn Soe has created many dresses with gold, diamond and jewelry, to make them valuable.[15] He has even created a "Diamond scarf " that worth US $300000, in 2015.
