The fifth season of New Orleans was ordered on April 18, 2018.[1] The season premiered on September 25, 2018 on CBS.[2] The series will continue to air at Tuesday at 10:00 p.m. (ET) and will contain 24 episodes.[3] This season contained its 100th episode. The season is scheduled to conclude on May 14, 2019.[4]
