He has won gold representing Great Britain at the European Championships. BackgroundPyle is from Newcastle upon Tyne, where he attends St Cuthbert's High School.[1] CareerIn 2018, Pyle won his first gold at the British Championships held in Edinburgh in the 50 metre backstroke.[2] He won a bronze in the 100 metre backstroke at the European Junior Championships in Helsinki in a personal best time of 54.69.[3] Pyle had his debut on a senior British team at the 2018 European Championships in Glasgow.
