The Nova Phorus is an Austrian single-place paraglider that was designed by Hannes Papesch and produced by Nova Performance Paragliders of Innsbruck. It is now out of production.^[1]

Design and development

The aircraft was designed as a beginner glider. The models are each named for their relative size.^[1]

Variants

Phorus S

Small-sized model for light pilots. Its {{convert|11.16|m|ft|1|abbr=on}} span wing has a wing area of {{convert|22.84|m2|sqft|abbr=on}}, 37 cells and the aspect ratio is 4.77:1.
