The NXT UK Tag Team Championship is a professional wrestling tag team championship created and promoted by the American professional wrestling promotion WWE for their NXT UK brand. The championship was announced on June 18, 2018. The current champions are James Drake and Zack Gibson, who are the inaugural champions in their first reign.

History

The championship was announced along with the NXT UK Women's Championship on June 18, 2018 as part of WWE's NXT UK brand.[1][2] On the October 14, 2018 NXT UK tapings in Plymouth, Triple H and NXT UK General Manager Johnny Saint unveiled the championship belts.[3]
