It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1935. It is found in western China.[1] The wingspan is about 18 mm. The forewings are white, sparsely and irregularly speckled dark fuscous, mostly on the posterior half. The costal edge is faintly tinged ochreous and the stigmata are black, the first discal moderate, others minute, the plical obliquely beyond the first discal. There is a series of very indistinct small dots of blackish-grey irroration from beneath the middle of the costa strongly excurved to near the termen and terminating as a larger dot on the end of the submedian fold. There is also a terminal series of small blackish-grey dots. The hindwings are whitish grey.[2] References1. ^"Odites Walsingham, 1891" at Markku Savela's Lepidoptera and Some Other Life Forms. {{Taxonbar|from=Q13910828}}{{Oditinae-stub}}2. ^Exotic Microlepidoptera 4 (18-19): 572 2 : Moths described in 1935|Odites |
