Playing careerLakusta began his career in 2004 with FSC Bukovyna Chernivtsi in the Ukrainian Second League.[1] In 2011, he was transferred to Nyva Ternopil, where he assisted in securing the teams promotion to the First League in 2013.[2] He remained in the Second League after signing with FC Dynamo Khmelnytskyi, and had stint with NK Veres Rivne.[3][4] In 2014, he played in the First League by returning to Bukovyna Chernivtsi, and played with MFK Mykolaiv in 2015.
