It is owned and operated by MediaQuest Holdings, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of 5 and Nation Broadcasting Corporation. It was launched on February 18, 2019 on Cignal Channel 6. One PH is the third Cignal channel launched under the One branding, along with the English-language news channel One News and sports channel One Sports. On January 13, 2019, AksyonTV relaunched into an all-sports network, 5 Plus. With this move, simulcast programs of Radyo5 that aired on AksyonTV moved to its new standalone channel at the satellite service, Cignal, that began its test broadcasting on the channel 6 space left by AksyonTV. Meanwhile, 5 Plus, which took over DWNB-TV's terrestrial TV space, moved to Cignal channel 15. However on January 17, 2019, just 4 days after the move, the Radyo5 simulcast channel was reassigned from channel 6 to channel 1, temporarily replacing Cignal's community promotion channel. 5 Plus later took over channel 6, but remained simulcasting on channel 15. On February 18, 2019, the same standalone channel was formally launched as One PH, reverting its Cignal channel assignment back to channel 6. Alongside this, Radyo5 unveiled its new refurbished studios and new content were announced to be added to the program line-up of Radyo5 and One PH. Since February 18, 2019, Radyo5 programs are currently aired on the Filipino-language satellite television news channel One PH, operated by Cignal and TV5 Network, after the relaunch of its former broadcast partner AksyonTV as 5 Plus.
