It has a fractional sloop rig, a transom-hung rudder and a folding centreboard keel. It displaces {{convert|800|lb|kg|0|abbr=on}}.[1] The boat has a draft of {{convert|3.00|ft|m|abbr=on}} with the centreboard extended and {{convert|0.58|ft|m|abbr=on}} with it retracted, allowing beaching or ground transportation on a trailer.[1] The boat may be fitted with a small outboard motor for docking and maneuvering.[1] See also
