Daithankar) is an Indian life coach and trainer, has completed his Doctorate of Philosophy in Organizational behaviour from Maharashi University of Information Technology, UP. He is the youngest Indian to achieve MCC credential from International Coach Federation at the age of 33 in the year 2017. He became the youngest Indian to be awarded the Mentor Coach by The Golden Globe Tigers, Malaysia in 2018.[1] Earlier in 2018, Dr Paras received the Young Leader Award from International Coach Federation 2018.[2][3] Dr Paras is the founder of non-profit organization Tava-mitram.[4][5][6][7][8] Early lifeDr Paras was earlier known as Sangharsh S Daithankar. He was born and bought up in a middle-class family in Maharashtra. He completed his schooling from Fatima high School Badlapur and Ambarnath district Kalyan and his graduation from Mumbai University.
