A member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL), she represents District 44B in the western Twin Cities metropolitan area. Early life, education, and careerAcomb was born in Minnetonka, Minnesota and graduated from Hopkins High School. She attended the University of Minnesota, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in natural resources.[2] Acomb became a member of the Minnetonka park board in 2009 and then a member of the Minnetonka city council in 2012.[3] Minnesota House of RepresentativesAcomb was first elected to the Minnesota House of Representatives in 2018. Personal lifeAcomb and her husband, Craig, have two children.
