See Pella for the Macedonian namesake Pella (Palestine) was an Ancient city and bishopric in Palestine, which is now a Catholic titular see. History Pella was an Ancient city in the Roman province of Palestina Secunda, on the site of modern Tabakat-Fāhil. It was a bishopric, suffragan of the Metropolitan of Scitopoli. Titular see The diocese was nominally restored in 1725 as a Latin Catholic titular bishopric of the lowest (episcopal) rank.
