He has also served as a Judge of the Court of Appeal from 2014 to 2015. He was educated at O'Connell School, University College Dublin and King's Inns. He was called to the Bar in 1973 and was called to the Inner Bar in 1986.[1] He was appointed a Judge of the High Court in 1996 and was in charge of the High Court Commercial list since it was established in 2004.
