It operates a proprietary TMS software named PLS Pro and has been dominant in the industrial sector. It recently signed a cooperative agreement with the Industrial Steel Alliance.[3] As of April 2016, PLS was ranked as the twenty-third-largest freight brokerage firm in North America by Transport Topics magazine.[4] The company has between 500-1000 employees in 10 different offices across the United States and 2 offices in Ukraine.[5] The company prides itself on its dynamic and fun work culture.
