ResidentialThe development at Power Court includes the provision of residential accommodation – ideally located close to the stadium and the associated facilities and within minutes of the town’s mainline train station – with quick and easy links to central London (approximately 25 mins to St Pancras International), London Luton Airport and Bedford. Retail & LeisureAs well as the impressive stadium, The Power Court development also includes provision of boutique retail, leisure and food and beverage. The area creates new public piazzas for people to meet and socialise – and will bring much-needed regeneration to an area of Luton town centre that has long been underused or derelict. Live VenueThe 1,800 capacity live music venue at Power Court will deliver a high-quality music and live entertainment facility to Luton. The Town has a thriving local music and performance scene, and the venue will provide a setting fit for the large local population (approx 220k). CommunityThe Power Court site is position in the heart of Luton Town Centre, minutes from the mainline train station that connects Luton to central London in just over 20 minutes.
