Rafael Cruz is a former baseball player who played in the U.S., the Dominican Republic and Japan. He was suspended for 50 games for using performance-enhancing drugs at one point in his career.^[1] He played in 2008 for the Chunichi Dragons of the Japanese Central League.^[2]
