Richard Canreba Caulker (18??–1901) was ruler of the Bumpe Chiefdom, 1864–1888 and 1894–1901. He was a member of the Caulker family of Sierra Leone, descendants of Thomas Corker.^[1]{{Self-published inline|certain=yes|date=December 2017}}

He attended Sierra Leone Grammar School with a scholarship from the British colonial authorities in Sierra Leone.^[1]

His son, Thomas Caulker, was sent to England to be educated. However, Thomas went blind and died at the age of 13.
