He will represent Croatia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 with the song The Dream, having won Dora 2019.[1][2][3] Early lifeHe was born in Split, Croatia, in 2000 to mother Marija Saratlija-Blažević who is a singer. His father Tonći Blažević is also a singer, of the klapa genre. His brother plays guitar.[4] CareerIn July 2017, Blažević won the Serbian reality-show Pinkove Zvezdice,[5] as well as in December 2018, when he won the second place in the Croatian reality-show, "Zvijezde". On 16 February 2019, Blažević won Dora 2019 with the song "The Dream". His mentor is a famous Croatian singer, Jacques Houdek. Many people named Roko "Croatian Michael Bublé" (Bublé is a Canadian singer of Croatian descent).
