Early lifeTrotsenko was born into a family of doctors. In 1986, he entered the faculty of socio-economics of the Institute of Asian and African Countries at Moscow State University. He specialized in Japanese economy, and studied Japanese and English.[3] In 1992, Trotsenko received a master's of law from Moscow State University. CareerTrotsenko began his executive career in 1991, when he was selected to be director of finance for the International Medical Exchange. [4] By age 22, he had earned his first million rubles. [1] He became the president of OSJC United Shipbuilding Corporation in 2009. He served as president until July 1, 2012. [5] In 2017, Trotsenko announced a desire to create a digital currency exchange for cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin. He has discussed this initiative personally with Russian President Vladimir Putin. [6] Trotsenko's name was included in the Panama Papers which leaked in 2016.
