It is one of the biggest Chinese American banks in the country. It has branches in both California, Nevada, and soon in New York. HistoryThe bank was founded November 2008 in Los Angeles, California. It started out with one location but since 2011, it has opened three new locations in San Gabriel, Torrance, and Rowland Heights. As of 2011 it has acquired First Asian Bank, Las Vegas, Ventura County Business Bank, Oxnard, Los Angeles National Bank, Buena Park, and TomatoBank, Alhambra spreading its coverage all over California and Las Vegas.[2] In April 2018, RBB Bancorp announced that it was acquiring First American International Bank for $116.8 million with the deal expected to close in 2019.
