The Run for the Lakes marathon is a race in Nisswa, Minnesota, that was first run in 2007. The race typically takes place in late April.

The race is certified by the USATF, making it a Boston Marathon-qualifying race.^[1] The course makes a wide loop around both Lake Hubert and Clark Lake.^[2]

In 2017, the marathon had 199 finishers.^[3]
