She was one of the top 10 finalists at the Miss India beauty pageant in 2014 and also runner up at the world supermodel contest.[1] She currently works as lead actress in Kannada feature films including Rakshith Shetty starrer 777 Charlie. Personal lifeSangeetha Sringeri was born (13 May) into a defense family. Her father (Shiva Kumar K) is an ex-serviceman in Indian Air Force, her mother (Bhavani Shiva Kumar) is a Herbal wellness coach. Sangeetha was born in Sringeri, she is an NCC cadet and represented Karnataka in Kho kho bagging a gold medal in the year 2012. Journey into filmsSangeetha entered main-stream acting through star suvarna's Hara Hara Mahadeva.[2][3]The mythological drama brought her nickname Sathi/Parvathi. She later went on to participate in the Super Jodi reality show organised by the same channel.[4] Her first feature film was A+. She had gone through over 50 scripts before signing the movie A+ Kannada Movie.[5] A+ was a subtle sequel of Realstar Upendra's cult classic "A",[6] the film was directed by Upendra's associate Vijay Surya.[7] The film brought critical acclaim to Sangeetha for her portrayal of Yashaswini role in the film.[8] Big Flick – 777 CharlieSangeetha is cast as lead actress opposite to Rakshith Shetty in the much expected 777 Charlie produced and presented by Paramvah Studios and Pushkar Films respectively.[9][10][11] It is noteworthy here to mention that the she was picked up to audition for the movie through Facebook, Sangeetha bagged the role amongst 2700 other entries.
