Sanskar Bharti is an innovative institution of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.

Its establishment was aimed at bringing national consciousness in the field of fine arts. In the backdrop, there was the thought and tireless work of the intellectuals like Bhaurao Devars, Haribhau Wakankar, Nanaji Deshmukh, Madhavrao Devale and Yogendra ji. From 1954 the concept of Samskar Bharati was developed and in 1981 it was established in Lucknow. 

In 1988, Mirjapur unit was formed for the Ekadashi (Rangbhari Ekadashi) of the Falgun Shukla Party. Today, more than 1200 units of Samskar Bharti are working in the country, with the declaration of "Art is the one who gives freedom by cutting the straits of evil" or art of the Vichukta.

Sanskara Bharti is working in various sections of the society with the aim of preventing cultural pollution through awakening patriotism and decent rites, encouraging the training of various arts and encouraging novice artists. Since 1990, the annual session of Samskar Bharti is organized in the form of Art Sekhak Sangam, in which musicians, plays, painting, poetry, literature and dance forms, established and novice artists from across the country exhibit their art.

National Song Competition, Krishna Swaraj Contest, Nooking Drama, Dance, Rangoli, Henna, Painting, Poetry, National Poetry at the place of place and various programs, with the view to honor the excellent values of Indian culture. Organizing is done by Sanskar Bharati. Samskaras celebrates the six festivals celebrated by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh every year.[1]
