CareerClubOn September 1, 2016, Hundal signed his first professional contract with Toronto FC II, Toronto FC's reserve team.[1] Hundal becomes the 11th player from the Academy to sign a professional contract with Toronto FC II . He made his professional debut on April 9, 2016 in a 2–1 victory over FC Montreal. Featuring regularly for the reserve side, he later scored his first goal for the club in a 3–1 defeat to Wilmington Hammerheads on May 30, 2016.[2] On March 6, 2019 it was announced that Hundal would be loaned to USL Championship club Ottawa Fury FC for the 2019 season.[3] InternationalHundal was born in Canada to Indian parents.[4] In 2014, Hundal made his debut in the Canadian youth program at the age of 15, and had featured in Under-15, Under-16 and Under-18 camps by the time he had turned 16. In November 2016, Hundal was called to the Canadian under 20 national team for friendlies against Honduras.[5] In February 2017, Hundal was named to Canada's roster for the 2017 CONCACAF U-20 Championship[6] Personal lifeShaan Hundal graduated from Blyth Academy in 2017.
