Sir Gilbert Pickering, 3rd Baronet (c.1669 – 29 February 1736) of Titchmarsh, Northamptonshire and West Langton, Leicestershire was an English High Sheriff and Member of Parliament.

He was the eldest son of Sir John Pickering, 2nd Baronet, who he succeeded on 3 April 1703.

He served as High Sheriff of Leicestershire for 1705-06 and as a Gentleman of the Privy Chamber from c.1714 to his death.

He was elected Member of Parliament to represent Leicestershire from 1708 to 1710.

He died in Cavendish Square, London in 1736. He had married Elizabeth, the daughter and heiress of Staveley Staunton of Woburn, Bedfordshire and left 1 surviving son and 3 daughters. He was succeeded by his son Edward, after whose death the baronetcy became extinct.
