The spotfin surfperch (Hyperprosopon anale) is a species of ray-finned fish from the surfperch family Embiotocidae. It occusr along the western coast of North AMerica from Oregon to Baja California where it occurs in waters down to {{convert|101|m|ft}}. It is viviparous and grows to a total length of {{convert|20|cm|in}}.^[1]
