The firm has worked in areas including digital media, internet, technology, consumer electronics, and entertainment companies and investment funds. In 2012 they opened a Santa Monica office and launched its "Preccelerator" program.^[1]

The firm represented Skype Technologies from formation in 2003 through its ultimate sale to eBay for $2.6 billion in 2005.^[2]
