The company provides property management, building consultancy, car park management and interior design project services mainly in Hong Kong, but also has a small branch in Mainland China and Macau areas. HistorySynergis started up as a small Property management company in Hong Kong in 1978. in the late 1990s, the company had undergone rapid development, enabling it to develop different industries and several property-related sectors. In 2003, the compoany was successfully listed on HKSE. Since then, the company acquired numerous companies and in 2017, it became the first property management company to gain the ISO50001 energy management certificate in Hong Kong. References
