At a height of {{convert|690|ft|abbr=on}}, it will be the tallest building in the city, surpassing the {{convert|683|ft|abbr=on}} tall Austonian, another residential skyscraper. The building was proposed in 2014, began construction in 2016, and will be completed in Spring 2019. It contains 58 floors, 370 apartments, and it has nicknamed the "Jenga Tower" and the "Tetris Tower".[2] The 9th floor will contain amenities such as a heated pool, club room, playground, and dog park, while the 34th floor will contain a fitness center, yoga deck, and an outdoor lounge.[3] See also
