The twenty-sixth series of Top Gear began airing in 2019 on BBC Two and BBC Two HD. It will be the third presented by Matt LeBlanc, Chris Harris and Rory Reid, with Sabine Schmitz to continue making occasional appearances as a co-presenter throughout the series. This was the final series presented by LeBlanc, whose departure was primarily down to the star having to spend too much time away from his family. This is also the final series presented by Reid, who was demoted from the main show but will continue to present Extra Gear.[1] They will be replaced by Paddy McGuiness and Freddie Flintoff.

Production

Production on the series began in 2017[2] and concluded in 2018.[3]
