It was located on the Bethesda Branch line, just north of the village of Tregarth itself. HistoryIt was opened on 1 August 1884 by the London and North Western Railway, extremely shortly after the line itself was opened. Passenger traffic lasted until 3 January 1951 whilst goods traffic continued on to 7 October 1963. Since closure the station building has been demolished and only a short section of platform remains.[2] References1. ^1 2 {{cite web|url=http://www.disused-stations.org.uk/t/tregarth/index.shtml|title=Station Name: Tregarth|work=Disused Stations|accessdate=26 February 2017}} 2. ^{{cite web|url=http://www.coflein.gov.uk/en/site/419476/details/tregarth-railway-station|title=Tregarth Railway Station|work=Coflein|accessdate=5 March 2017}} Further reading
