CareerLarnach attended College Park High School in Pleasant Hill, California, and was drafted by the San Diego Padres in the 40th round of the 2015 Major League Baseball Draft.[1] He did not sign with the Padres and attended Oregon State University where he played college baseball for the Beavers.[2] As a freshman at Oregon State in 2016, Larnach played in 28 games, hitting .157/.271/.176 with three runs batted in (RBI) over 51 at bats.[3] As a sophomore in 2017, he played in 60 games and hit .303/.421/.429 with three home runs and 48 RBI in 198 at bats.[4] After the season, he played in the Cape Cod League. He signed with the Twins on July 5 for a $2.55 million signing bonus.[10] He made his professional debut with the Elizabethton Twins of the Rookie-level Appalachian League[11] and was promoted to the Cedar Rapids Kernels of the Class A Midwest League in August.[12] In 42 games between the two teams, he slashed .303/.390/.500 with five home runs and 26 RBIs.[13] Larnach began 2019 with the Fort Myers Miracle of the Class A-Advanced Florida State League.[14] References1. ^{{cite web|url=http://www.oregonlive.com/beavers/index.ssf/2015/06/trevor_larnach_oregon_state_be.html |title=Trevor Larnach, Oregon State Beavers signee, goes to San Diego Padres in 40th round |publisher=Oregonlive.com |date=June 10, 2015 |accessdate=January 21, 2019}} 2. ^{{cite web|url=http://www.oregonlive.com/beavers/index.ssf/2017/06/trevor_larnach_rolls_with_his.html |title=Trevor Larnach rolls with his Oregon State baseball role, whether at DH or RF |publisher=Oregonlive.com |date=June 23, 2017 |accessdate=January 21, 2019}} 3. ^{{cite web|url=http://www.gazettetimes.com/sports/beavers-sports/baseball/osu-baseball-larnach-in-the-zone/article_f9d3d25e-807d-5dda-a4e0-6eb109752bcd.html |title=OSU baseball: Larnach in the zone |publisher=Gazettetimes.com |date=February 20, 2018 |accessdate=January 21, 2019}} 4. ^{{cite web|url=https://portlandtribune.com/pt/12-sports/391258-283104-rbi-leader-takes-it-to-another-level-for-osu |title=RBI leader takes it to another level for OSU |publisher=Portlandtribune.com |date=April 3, 2018 |accessdate=January 21, 2019}} 5. ^{{cite web|author=Pac-12 ConferenceMay 31, 2018 |url=http://pac-12.com/article/2018/05/25/pac-12-announces-baseball-all-conference-honors |title=announces baseball All-Conference honors |publisher=Pac-12 |date=May 31, 2018 |accessdate=January 21, 2019}} 6. ^{{cite web|url=https://www.ncaa.com/news/baseball/article/2018-06-27/watch-oregon-states-trevor-larnach-hits-go-ahead-ninth-inning-home |title=OSU's Larnach hits go-ahead home run in Game 2 of the CWS |publisher=NCAA.com |date= |accessdate=January 21, 2019}} 7. ^{{cite web|last=Callis |first=Jim |url=https://www.mlb.com/news/oregon-state-wins-2018-college-world-series/c-283433608 |title=Oregon State wins 2018 College World Series |publisher=MLB.com |date=May 24, 2018 |accessdate=January 21, 2019}} 8. ^{{cite web|url=https://www.omaha.com/sports/cws/cws-notes-nick-madrigal-trevor-larnach-cadyn-grenier-leave-beavers/article_8219ed71-5d33-5044-ad33-58316b63cc40.html |title=CWS notes: Nick Madrigal, Trevor Larnach, Cadyn Grenier leave Beavers with championship | CWS |publisher=omaha.com |date=June 28, 2018 |accessdate=January 21, 2019}} 9. ^ {{dead link|date=January 2019}} 10. ^{{cite web|last=Miller |first=Phil |url=http://www.startribune.com/twins-sign-first-round-pick-trevor-larnach/487432771/ |title=Twins sign first-round pick Larnach |publisher=StarTribune.com |date=July 6, 2018 |accessdate=January 21, 2019}} 11. ^{{cite web|url=https://www.heraldcourier.com/sports/appy-league-minnesota-s-st-round-pick-headed-to-elizabethton/article_c7af8802-80cf-11e8-a545-23db1cd3bb65.html |title=APPY LEAGUE: Minnesota's 1st-round pick headed to Elizabethton | Sports |publisher=heraldcourier.com |date= |accessdate=January 21, 2019}} 12. ^{{cite web|url=https://www.cbssports.com/fantasy/baseball/news/twins-trevor-larnach-promoted-to-low-a/ |title=Twins' Trevor Larnach: Promoted to Low-A |publisher=CBSSports.com |date=August 7, 2018 |accessdate=January 21, 2019}} 13. ^{{cite web|url=http://www.milb.com/player/index.jsp?sid=milb&player_id=663616#/career/R/hitting/2018/ALL|title=Trevor Larnach Stats, Highlights, Bio - MiLB.com Stats - The Official Site of Minor League Baseball|publisher=MiLB.com|accessdate=September 11, 2018}} 14. ^https://www.cbssports.com/fantasy/baseball/news/twins-trevor-larnach-opening-year-at-high-a/ External links{{baseballstats|cube=197516|brm=larnac000tre}}
